1	Customer will abide by the conditions as to date of payment and pay interest on overdue accounts as recorded on Bannerz Canada Inc. invoices, and acknowledges that Bannerz Canada may change such conditions from time to time.
2	If the customer fails to abide by the conditions of the invoices, or this credit agreement, or if Bannerz Canada Inc. in its absolute discretion considers that the customer will be unable to pay amounts due and owing, Bannerz has the right to revise or revoke these credit arrangements. Bannerz will give the customer prior notice of the exercise of this right and thereafter, all new services will be provided on a CIA basis.
3	The customer hereby authorizes Bannerz to obtain credit reports in connection with this application for credit.
4	In the event that it becomes necessary for Bannerz to refer the account to a collectionagency and/or attorney, all reasonable collection and legal fees are to be paid by this debtor. The customer agrees that the Courts of the Province of Alberta will have jurisdiction to hear and determine any actions by Bannerz Canada Inc. for recovery of amounts owing.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read a copy of the standard trade terms and conditions, which I have reviewed, and on behalf of the applicant I agree that these standard trading conditions shall govern the relationship between the applicant and Bannerz Canada Inc.
